Ryan Grey is an associate at Coker Group. He joins us from the valuation and capital market analysis team at a leading accounting and advisory firm where he served a wide range of clients in a strategic advisory capacity. His business valuation background ranges from business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, stock compensation valuations, and additional audit assist reviews of third-party analyses, utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches.
