Pat Wulf is a senior vice president at Coker. He was a founding co-partner of Health Care Program Advisors, a Coker Company, with over 40 years of extensive healthcare experience, primarily in advisory roles focused on Revenue Cycle and Data Analytics. Before establishing Health Care Program Advisors, Pat was a Vice President at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young after becoming a Partner at Ernst & Young. His prior roles included COO in a revenue cycle outsourcing firm, Price Waterhouse consulting, and Humana project management. Pat’s expertise includes program/project management, revenue cycle management, and integrating analytics into healthcare operations. Notable accomplishments include leading revenue cycle transformation engagements, developing outsourcing firms, and negotiating agreements for revenue cycle outsourcing. Additionally, Pat has facilitated strategic planning for healthcare organizations, aligning management structures with enterprise goals. Pat holds a B.S. in Health Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Louisville and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
