Kelsey Kindel, CPA is a Manager at Coker. Over her career, she has assessed the fair market value (FMV) and commercial reasonableness (CR) of physician-hospital agreements including, but not limited to, professional services, management services, medical directorships, call coverage arrangements, financial assistance arrangements, and physician employment for many specialties. She has also assessed FMV and CR in connection with pharmacy services, marketing services, and various other types of arrangements.
Additionally, Ms. Kindel has managed valuation analyses for acquisitions of potential businesses or real estate properties, as well as associated intangible assets, including brand and non-compete agreements. - Managed acquisition integration project for private-equity-based health services consolidation of physician practices and ambulatory services.
