John Reiboldt is Coker’s Chief Development Officer.
Mr. Reiboldt has over 25 years of experience within healthcare services as an investment banker and management consultant. He is responsible for nearly $5 billion of enterprise value created for his clients.
Prior to joining Coker, Mr. Reiboldt was the founding partner of Coker Capital Advisors, a boutique healthcare investment bank focused on providing mergers and acquisition and capital raising solutions to wide range of healthcare companies. From its founding in 2009 until 2018, Coker Capital Advisors grew into one of the largest, privately-held, healthcare services-focused investment banks in the country, with offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, and New York. In 2018, Mr. Reiboldt led the sale of Coker Capital Advisors to Fifth Third Securities, where he subsequently served as Managing Director until 2023.
Before founding Coker Capital Advisors, Mr. Reiboldt spent more than 10 years with Coker, a leading management and strategic consulting firm focused on the healthcare services and information technology sectors. During his tenure, Mr. Reiboldt founded the firm’s financial services group, which provided mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial advisory services to the healthcare industry.
