Ryan Grey is an associate at Coker Group. He joins us from the valuation and capital market analysis team at a leading accounting and advisory firm where he served a wide range of clients in a strategic advisory capacity. His business valuation background ranges from business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, stock compensation valuations, and additional audit assist reviews of third-party analyses, utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. Ryan also brings extensive experience with client management and relationship building through creating and maintaining his own book of business while working as a financial advisor.

• Developed and maintained in-depth financial analyses across valuation methodologies, including financial modeling, cash flow forecasts, discounted cash flow analysis, negotiation support, three-financial statement analysis, and equity allocation of value within complex capital structures using option pricing methods.
