Ashley Graver is a vice president at Coker Group and has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and healthcare consulting. She works collaboratively with hospital executives, healthcare attorneys, and physician leadership to provide transactional and strategic support to hospitals and other healthcare entities, primarily focusing on consulting and fair market value services for professional physician agreements, including clinical, call, and administrative compensation. Her experience also includes valuations of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, and other healthcare entities, due diligence, financial modeling, litigation support, and compliance-related services. Additionally, she has worked with independent physician groups to understand their accounting organization, internal policies and procedures, and develop compensation plans. She maintains a working knowledge of the regulatory constraints in the healthcare industry, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Laws and how they impact compensation and integration strategies.

Ashley is a co-author on various thought leadership pieces that cover a variety of topics involving relationships between hospitals and physicians and has been a presenter at local HFMA meetings.
