A Letter from the President/CEO: COVID-19
On behalf of our team at Coker Group, our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by the unprecedented events related to the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting communities around the world. While our national and local communities work to contain the spread of the pandemic, we are fortunate to have the best hospitals and caregivers in the world on the front lines. We understand the uncertainty of these times and the Coker team continues to monitor developments daily. We have already begun helping our clients mitigate the growing impact of the outbreak and we will continue to do so throughout the course of these events.
Here at Coker, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients are of utmost concern. Based on recent guidance, we have transitioned our employees to a remote work environment. We will continue to evaluate travel needs as we work to meet our clients’ most pressing needs while keeping our employees and clients safe. We have the technology to allow for a seamless transition to remote-based services and immediate scaling of our operations, allowing our team to continue responding to any and all client needs, providing the highest level of service and responsiveness our clients deserve. We are deeply concerned about the effects that this outbreak might be having on you professionally and personally. We reassure you that our team of healthcare experts is here to support and assist you in any way we can. We are placing special emphasis on supporting our clients who are prioritizing their workforce or experiencing disruptions to their operations due to the changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been assisting hospitals and practices in navigating the ever-changing healthcare landscape for over 30 years.
