Mark Reiboldt, Vice President - Financial Services Group

Mark Reiboldt, MSc is a Vice President in Coker’s Financial Services Group and Coker Capital Advisors, the firm’s investment banking division, where he specializes in transactions and financial advisory for hospitals, health systems and large medical groups. Mr. Reiboldt advises healthcare facilities through the transaction process, including due diligence, valuation / fairness opinion, and he also provides general strategic financial advisory. He has completed numerous transactions for a wide range of healthcare facilities, as well as financial sponsors. Prior to joining Coker, Mr. Reiboldt was an Analyst in the Transaction Services Group at Trammell Crow Company, where he worked on multi-billion dollar transactions for Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Reiboldt received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of London. He is a FINRA registered securities dealer with Series 7, 63, 65 and 79 licenses.
