Max Reiboldt, CPA, President/CEO
Max Reiboldt provides sound financial and strategic solutions to hospitals, medical practices, health systems, and other healthcare entities through keen analysis and problem solving. Working with organizations of all sizes, Reiboldt engages in consulting projects with organizations nationwide. His expertise encompasses employee and physician employment and compensation, physician/hospital affiliation initiatives, business and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, practice operational assessments, ancillary services development, PHO/IPA/MSO development, practice appraisals, and negotiations for acquisitions and sales. He also performs financial analyses for health care entities as well as buy/sell agreements and planning arrangements for medical practices. Max Reiboldt is President and Chief Executive Officer of Coker Group and has led the Firm's growth since 1996 to its position today as one of the leading healthcare consulting firms in the U.S. and abroad. He is a prolific author and accomplished public speaker on healthcare management topics. A graduate of Harding University, Reiboldt is a licensed certified public accountant in Georgia and Louisiana, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and American Society of Appraisers.

Will Melson, Executive Vice President
Will Melson works with hospitals, physicians and healthcare companies to set strategic direction, develop indepth analysis and design, and then lead implementation of performance improvements. He is an executive vice president with Coker Group where his expertise encompasses operational improvement, change management, organizational design, cost containment, revenue enhancement, strategic planning, and IT planning for clients in all of the firm's core focus areas.
Mr. Melson serves as the firm's consulting and technology practices leader. He joined Coker with over twenty years in corporate line management and management consulting. Melson's experience includes his role as principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he executed numerous operations and integration engagements with Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Melson started his private sector career at Procter & Gamble and was co-founding principal of the Broadwell Group, a boutique management advisory firm. During this time, he served as CEO of Lux Corp and was a trusted advisor to numerous senior executives at public and private companies.
Mr. Melson holds a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, as well as MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Fuqua Scholar.

David Shaw, Executive Vice President
As a key member of the executive leadership team that sets Coker's strategic direction, David Shaw oversees the firm's business development organization and marketing, plus works extensively in areas of physician/hospital relations. His 25-year career includes sales management positions with IBM, Jackson and Coker, and Private Business, Inc., where he earned numerous awards reflective of success in leading those companies to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Mr. Shaw also provides consulting services to Coker Group clients in the areas of strategic planning, conflict resolution, medical staff development, marketing and executive search.
Shaw is an accomplished writer and frequent presenter to healthcare organizations across the country. He a graduate of Harding University and Southeastern Biblical Institute, and resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Rick Langosch, Chief Financial Officer
Rick Langosch works with high level projects involving both physician and hospital clients to realize sustainable improvements at the organizational, departmental, and services level.
A seasoned healthcare executive, with over 25 years of experience managing operations and finance in hospitals and physician practices, Mr. Langosch has held a wide range of financial, operational, and information technology responsibilities, including multi-hospital ownership and hospital senior management positions. He uses that experience to assist Coker clients in developing a specific implementation strategy that will produce improved performance and drive profitability for their organizations.
Mr. Langosch also serves as Coker Group's chief financial officer.
Langosch is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, and he is a Fellow with the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is active with the Georgia Chapter of HFMA.
