Coker Group has added Alex Kirkland as a Vice President to Expand Financial Advisory and Physician Enterprise Services
Alex Kirkland, a veteran healthcare consultant, has joined Coker Group as a Vice President. Based out of Nashville, TN, Kirkland will expand the firm’s financial advisory services and physician enterprise services, which provides operations, strategy and practice management solutions for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Kirkland has an extensive background in financial and operational services with a focus on physician compensation, reimbursement models, and population health. His experience also includes an array of services in the health system and medical practice space, including MACRA consulting offerings, with outcome-based client solutions ranging from increased quality scores to incremental revenue based on new payment model strategies.
Additionally, he has experience developing frameworks for alternative payment models (APMs), and he has led a team of 20 delivery resources to support a $20M+ solution that identified financial opportunities for medical groups.
